Sr. Integration Consultant for a Permanent Fulltme- Houston, TX

Term of Employment: Permanent, Fulltime
Salary:  $65,000 to $75,000/Year

Job Description:
The Senior Integration Consultant is a critical component in the ongoing development and deployment throughout the mortgage industry.  The resource is expected to work directly with the client resources to map business processes to application capabilities and specific data formats.  From the product solution defined by the Account Management and Product Consultant, the Senior Integration Consultant is responsible for performing the data mapping between applications, systems, and file formats, and producing the appropriate documentation to support the data mapping specifications.  This position is required to assist Project Managers and other project resources with testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution, account setup and configuration, training, and other project tasks to successfully meet client requirements.  Using excellent documentation skills, the resource is required to write specifications, testing plans, and client requirements documents.

The Senior Integration Consultant is expected to interface with clients at various levels of organizations to answer questions, provide information, and represent company in a positive manner utilizing exceptional customer service skills.  Similarly, the position requires outstanding support and responsiveness to coworkers and management.

In order to meet the job requirements, the Senior Integration Consultant will be expected to support multiple projects, manage competing priorities, and meet scheduled completion dates.  The position requires organization and efficiency skills to be successful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Work directly with the clients’ business personnel to map business processes to application capabilities and specific data formats; Effectively translate client requirements into product solutions, and produce specifications to define product solutions; Understand and apply the defined product solutions to meet the client requirements and requests

Perform data mapping between applications, systems, and file formats; Produce documentation for data mapping specifications; Configure accounts and systems for users to support production and test activities

Create and manage Functional Specifications, Business Process Procedures, Project Plans and Schedules, Test Cases and Scripts, and other documents to support projects and clients

Responsible for documenting test cases and plans, executing test scripts, and reporting variances for the technical solution from a business perspective to verify that all client requirements are incorporated in the design and meets client expectations; Work with technical and support resources to resolve failures to successfully complete testing cycles

Act as primary contact for client questions, problems, requests for change; Troubleshoot and research issues; Report findings and propose solutions to management and team members to resolve issues; Identify impact to other solutions or projects, and work with management to identify options and recommendations

Provide training to clients or company  resources on functionality, configuration or setups, integration specifications, and client workflow; Communicate information by written documentation and verbal explanations and demonstrations

Interface with clients and management; Establish and maintain strong client and/or internal relationships; Manage high-profile client’s expectations and deliverables, dealing with all levels of client organization

Support Project Managers, Engagement Managers and other project team resources by completing project tasks, meeting milestone dates, and supporting client needs and requests

Aptitude in Project Management skills and disciplines; Ability to manage projects and tasks using planning, organization, and administration skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients and to set priorities appropriately

Available on-call as an escalation point as needed to clients and co-workers to troubleshoot issues and research functionality

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university
Fulltime work experience of 4-6 years

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Computer Skills:
To perform this in this position successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint; MS Excel; MS Project; MS Access and contact management systems.

Sr. QA Analyst needed – Direct Hire in Houston TX

QA Staff, you will be working with a small group of dedicated individuals responsible for more than just QA. Analysts serve as the Subject Matter Experts called upon by many other groups within the company. QA sees each and every group (internal and external) as our customers.

Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:
· Manual testing of new custom integrations.
· Performance/load testing.
· Review functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts.
· Create, modify and execute precise manual test cases to business requirements for new application functionality.
· Create test data to support application testing when required.
· Analyze testing results, identify and report root causes for test failures by working with the development team.

Technical/Non-Technical Requirements
Requirements include the following:

· 5 or more years of Manual testing experience to include creating test plans; test cases; white/black box testing of custom integrations.
· Must have experience in tracking software defects; creating metrics; and status reports on the testing process.
· Work well with the other QA analysts, software developers, and business analsts.
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
