Electronic / Electrical Engineer with B.S. in Electrical Engineering, specifically demonstrating a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency in the following areas:
• Experience with complex integrated (hardware, firmware and software) systems and system level design and testing.
• Design expertise in high speed digital circuit design, knowledge of various industry standard physical layer signal technologies and interface standards.
• Design experience in analog circuit design, including DC motor interface, PWM of motors and solenoid based systems, FET circuits, opto isolator circuits, etc.
• Design expertise with multiple types of programmable logic (CPLD’’s, FPGA’’s) and associated development tools and methodology.
• Working knowledge of state machine design.
• Design experience with low level embedded microcontroller hardware design and firmware design (C and assembly), coding and testing.
• Familiarity (experience preferred) with DX Designer (formerly Viewdraw, Innoveda) schematic capture tool or other similar tools.
• Experience with all phases of PCB design: including initial design requirements, design partitioning, component selection, technical data package generation, PCB layout, assembly, testing, user documentation and deployment.
• Experience with ESD and EMI principles and system grounding concepts.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and writing clear and concise specifications and requirements.
• Working understanding of project level requirements, constraints and budgets

Pay: $56-76 per hour
Firmware Engineer with B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, specifically demonstrating a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency in the following areas:
• Demonstrated proficiency with ‘C’ programming in an embedded environment
• Experience with Micrium uC/OSII and Linux RTOS, experience writing drivers a plus
• Have an electrical/electronics background which includes the ability to read schematics and use basic debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Have a basic knowledge of DOS window commands and features
• Have a basic knowledge of ‘object’ oriented programming techniques
• Experience in writing interrupt driven communication drivers
• Familiarity with the SEI Capability Maturity Model including experience in creation of CMM documentation
• Experience with Ethernet and supporting TCP/IP stack/drivers
• Experience with servo motor controls
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with configuration control procedures and tools and Doxygen code documentation tools
• Familiarity with TI DSP programming using Code Composer Studio is a plus
• Proficiency with the MS Office tool suite Working understanding of project level requirements, constraints and budgets
